The purpose of the Reservation service is to reserve a table at our venue.

 

We do not guarantee a certain table location at the time of the reservation. At all times, the requested table will be noted in terms of its location, but we reserve the right to change sections if necessary, always applying the lowest minimum consumption.

 

Reservations are accepted for the same day until 5:00 p.m. / 17:00.

 

Reservations will be automatically cancelled if a delay exceeds our 15-minute tolerance limit. If you are running late and wish to maintain your reservation, please call our reservation number (+34 689 00 84 94). We are unable to attend to emails regarding late arrivals during service hours.

 

Whenever possible, show the reservation confirmation email to the receptionist upon arrival.

 

Any customization or special request must be explicitly informed to us and will be valid after express confirmation by our reservations department, and may incur additional costs:

 

Special diets: We have dishes adapted for special diets such as celiac and vegetarians or vegans. If you have any allergies or a special diet, it is essential that you notify us at the time of booking so that we can inform the Chef and Maître d '.

 

In case of a cancellation less than 48 hours before the booking by the client or a no show, 30€ per person will be charged from the credit card on file.

 

No dress code is required, although no shirtless, shoeless, underwear or bathing suit is allowed entrance to the venue.

 

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ADMISSION
